Jo is an HR & Talent Acquisition professional with over 12 years of experience managing day-to-day HR responsibilities that include full-cycle recruitment with Kindred Healthcare! She started her career as an HR Coordinator and moving into Talent Acquisition, most recently she was promoted into the HR Director role at Dignity Health East Valley Rehab a joint venture with Kindred Hospital Rehab Services. She incorporates the Core Six Values in her interactions with candidates as they learn all the career growth opportunities Kindred has to offer. Jo has grown up through Kindred Family and has been able to work in various settings from our LTACH hospital, corporate office and now most recently Inpatient Hospital Rehab! Her favorite core value is “Be Kinder Than Expected” people will often forget what you said or did but they will never forget how you made them feel!

The kindness that my fellow co-workers have displayed during the pandemic was able to keep me afloat and I hope to have returned the same to them!
