Kindred Hospital Northland is a 50-bed transitional care hospital, offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period; which includes a six-bed intensive care unit and an eight bed high observation unit for patients who need extra attention. We partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care 7 days a week so you can start your journey to wellness anytime. Located off of highway 169 and 68th Street, we are a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants.

When you are referred to one of our hospitals, our team of skilled professionals will provide specialized care to address all of your complex medical needs. Your physician-led care team will visit daily to review and assess your condition so you can recover to the fullest extent possible.
