Kindred Hospital Northwest Indiana is a 70-bed transitional care hospital offering the same in depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. We partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness.  We are located in a highly commercial area in close proximity to Erie Lackawanna Trail.

When you are referred to one of our hospitals, our team of skilled professionals will provide specialized care to address all of your complex medical needs. Your physician-led care team will visit daily to review and assess your condition so you can recover to the fullest extent possible.
